A two-day workshop in the stunning setting of new The Moray Art Centre. Learn to create atmospheric pastel work using a range of traditional and unusual pastel techniques and papers.

Qualified Art Educator with over 18 years experience in developing and leading workshops, demonstrations and classes. Clients include High Peak Community Arts, Buxton Opera House, Buxton Museum and Art Gallery, Derbyshire County Council, Marple Art Society, Derby Sketching Club, Stockport Art Guild.

  • Creating Pastel Landscapes. Half hour demonstration followed by one and half hour practical workshop. Materials provided. £60 including materials plus mileage @ 40p per mile after 10 miles
    
    
  • Pastels Seascapes. Two hour demonstration using layers of pastel and tools to create dramatic sea and skyscapes. £60 plus mileage @ 40p per mile after 10 miles
    
    
• Artist led one / half day workshops. Working in small groups with one- to-one and group tuition exploring the Peak District landscape learning to use a variety of pastel techniques and styles. See above.
